Who we are

Bullock Empire is an iOS game developed and published by BEO-PREVENT doo. For any privacy question you can reach us at igor@beoprevent.store.

Information we collect

Game data you create — Duke's stats, moods, accessories, coins, streaks and the stories you write in his log — is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your personal iCloud account. We do not receive a copy of it.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address or phone number.

Data processed by Apple

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We receive anonymous, aggregated sales reports and never see your payment details.

Apple may provide us with anonymous App Store analytics (downloads, crashes, device types) if you have opted into sharing analytics with developers in your iOS settings.

Diagnostics

We may collect anonymous crash and performance diagnostics to fix bugs and improve the game. These reports contain no information that identifies you personally.

Advertising and tracking

Bullock Empire does not display third-party ads and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell or share personal data with data brokers.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because your game data lives on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by deleting the app or clearing its iCloud backup. If you have contacted us by email, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at igor@beoprevent.store.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or similar laws, including access, correction, deletion and objection. We honour all valid requests.

Data retention and security

Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer your request. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information we hold.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, when the change is significant, mention it inside the app.
